With over 25 years’ experience in business both domestically and internationally, Neil is the Managing Director of Y Pellets. He has worked in both wood pellets and gas and electricity sales and marketing for over 10 years and brings these insights to customer satisfaction to the fastest growing Pellet brand in the UK.
Chris has been working in logistics for over 15 years and has been responsible for national distribution for many UK brands. With Y Pellets he is helping build a national brand from scratch with the latest in technology to ensure our customers get best in class service.
With over 4 years experience working in Customer Service and Logistics Operations, Kim will be known by name to many of our customers, as she is in charge of scheduling deliveries and billing.
Business Development Manager
Alistair has a very broad background in the renewable energy sector, but particularly in Biomass Installation and Fuel Supply since the inception of the RHI.With the practical common-sense approach shared by all in Y Pellets, he is responsible for Business Development in Northern England and Scotland.
Mathew or Mat to anyone other than his mother, is originally from North Wales, but now based in Suffolk is responsible for Business Development in Southern England and Wales. Mat has extensive experience in the renewables industry including Biomass, Solar PV and Heat-Pumps. He is passionate about energy saving in the built environment.
Technical Support Manager
Gerard has been involved in wood pellets and biomass from the first UK installations in 2005/6 and brings that knowledge and experience to his role helping customers solve ongoing issues prior to us delivering or ensuring new installations are optimised to the best industry standards for storage.
